GTM Marketer & Engineer
Build and scale GenHealth's go-to-market infrastructure through systematic experimentation, outbound automation, and data-driven campaign execution.
ABOUT THE GTM ENGINEER AT GENHEALTH
GenHealth.ai is transforming the healthcare industry with cutting-edge Generative AI technology. We're seeking a technical and analytically-minded Founding GTM Engineer to build the systems and infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations, you'll own the architecture and execution of our outbound engine, ad campaigns, and landing page experimentation. While this role requires genuine engineering ability, it's built for someone who also has the taste to craft compelling messaging and understand what resonates with a buyer. You'll run structured experiments, measure what works, and scale it — turning GTM into a repeatable, data-driven system.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Infrastructure: Build and maintain outbound email systems, sequences, and automation tooling that can run at scale
- Experimentation: Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across outbound messaging, email sequences, ad copy, and landing pages — with clean measurement frameworks
- Ad Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
- Landing Page Optimization: Build and iterate on landing pages, running experiments to improve conversion rates and understand what messaging works inbound
- Messaging Development: Work with leadership to test and refine positioning and copy across channels — writing and editing enough content to fuel experiments
- Analytics & Reporting: Instrument campaigns and systems to track performance end-to-end, surface insights, and inform what to scale or kill
- Tooling & Integrations: Evaluate, implement, and maintain the GTM tech stack — CRM integrations, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, ad platforms, and more
- Automation: Build lightweight automations and workflows to reduce manual work and increase throughput across the GTM team
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and leadership to ensure outbound efforts align with pipeline goals and feedback from the field
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical marketing, growth engineering, or GTM engineering role
- Genuine software engineering ability — comfortable writing scripts, building integrations, and working with APIs
- Strong understanding of outbound email infrastructure (deliverability, sequencing, domain health)
- Experience designing and measuring experiments with statistical rigor
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)
- Enough marketing taste to write and edit copy — you don't need to be a full-time writer, but you can tell good messaging from bad
- Analytical mindset — comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and data tools
- Self-starter who can operate independently and build from scratch in an ambiguous environment
- Startup experience strongly preferred — comfortable moving fast and iterating
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify, PhantomBuster)
- Background building growth systems at a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apify, or similar data enrichment platforms
- Experience with LLMs and AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate GTM workflows
- Knowledge of SEO and content strategy as a complement to paid and outbound
- Experience with web frameworks for rapid landing page development (Next.js, Webflow, etc.)
- Understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategy
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000 (based on experience and tenure)
- Equity: Stock options
- Benefits:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Unlimited vacation policy
- Remote-first work environment
- Direct collaboration with leadership team
- Opportunity to shape GTM strategy at a fast-growing AI company
- Conference attendance and professional development opportunities
