ABOUT THE SENIOR BDR - MEDICAL GROUPS/PROVIDERS ROLE AT GENHEALTH
GenHealth.ai is transforming the way healthcare works, and we are looking for an exceptional Senior BDR with experience selling into healthcare organizations to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of generative AI in healthcare, making a significant impact on the lives of patients around the world.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
Attend conferences and visit medical group/provider facilities to build relationships in person
Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Support demos, pitches, and proposals to move deals forward
Collaborate with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and feedback loops
Hit ambitious goals and help us grow rapidly over the next 6-12 months
Requirements
1–3 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in healthcare)
Hustle and hunger—you’re willing to grind and excited to win
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational chops
Comfortable working remotely and independently
A self-starter with a team-first mindset
Willingness to travel (10-15% Conferences, 10-20% Local Prospecting)
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role is $60,000 – $80,000 plus commission with OTE resulting in total compensation of $100,000 - $120,000. In addition to cash compensation the following are also included:
