Provider Suggestions - The DHCAA (Division of Health Care Access and Accountability) is interested in improving its program for providers and members. Providers who would like to suggest a revision of any policy or procedure stated in provider publications or who wish to suggest new policies are encouraged to submit recommendations on the Provider Suggestion (F-01016 (02/09)) form.
