Physicians, ML scientists, and operators.
GenHealth was founded by a team that has shipped AI in production at Meta and Microsoft, and practiced medicine at UCLA, Stanford, and UCSF. We build tools we'd want as clinicians and as patients.
How we work.
Clinical safety first.
No autonomous denials. Every adverse determination is reviewed by a licensed clinician. We will never trade patient safety for throughput. This isn't a regulatory workaround — it's how good medicine works.
Evidence over opinion.
Every decision we make — product, model, clinical — is grounded in data and cited. If we can't show our work, we don't ship it.
Operational by default.
We don't sell insight. We sell outcomes. Our products do the work: they decision a PA, they submit a claim, they collect a payment. Dashboards are a side effect, not the product.
Built in the open.
We publish our model's limitations alongside its capabilities. We disclose error rates. We welcome scrutiny from regulators, clinicians, and patients.
The team.
