ABOUT THE GTM OPS GENERALIST ROLE AT GENHEALTH
Own the systems and workflows that keep our commercial engine running smoothly. GenHealth.ai is hiring a GTM Operations Generalist to be a high-agency “glue” operator across sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations, you’ll help build and run the operating system behind our growth—covering invoicing and collections tracking, contract workflows, CRM hygiene, reporting, and customer onboarding coordination. This is a strong fit for someone with consulting, client services, or biz ops experience who wants real ownership and execution.
Responsibilities
Commercial Operations
- Build and maintain lightweight systems that keep deals moving, customers onboarded, and revenue collected
- Manage invoicing workflow and AR tracking; coordinate collections follow-up as needed
- Own deal desk and contract workflows (proposals, MSAs, approvals, version control)
CRM, Reporting & Enablement
- Keep Attio data clean and reliable across pipeline, contacts, and activities
- Produce weekly reporting on pipeline health, revenue, and operational KPIs
- Support forecasting and GTM operating cadence with clean data and follow-through
Customer Operations & Cross-Functional Glue
- Coordinate onboarding workflows and internal handoffs
- Support QBR prep, renewals tracking, and customer follow-ups
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement fixes (process, templates, automation)
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Invoicing, Stripe, and AR tracking are consistent and trustworthy
- CRM data is clean enough to support forecasting and leadership decisions
- Contracts, onboarding, and GTM workflows run with less friction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, client services, biz ops, sales ops, or rev ops
- Startup experience strongly preferred—comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Drive organization and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting to changing priorities
- Experience with or willingness to learn: Attio (CRM), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email marketing), Dripify (LinkedIn automation), Notion (project management), and others
- Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before being asked
- High level of professionalism when handling contracts, financials, and client communications
Important: This is an execution-heavy role. You should enjoy operational work—spreadsheets, systems cleanup, documentation, and follow-through.
