Faster website action setup and clearer chat progress

Teams can now create website actions with fewer steps, keep chat focused on the newest request, and use clearer desktop and chat workflows across everyday tasks.

Create website actions in one flow

You can now connect a website and create actions from the same flow instead of bouncing between separate steps. When workflow suggestions are turned off, you’re taken straight back to the saved recording so you can keep moving. We also tightened up the progress language during action creation and refreshed website connection status when you return from connecting, so the builder stays in sync with what you just did.

Handle more website sign-in patterns

Recorded website actions now support more real-world sign-in flows, including sites that ask for an authenticator code during login. Some website actions can also be saved as a website script when that option is enabled for your organization, which helps with sites that don’t fit neatly into fixed recorded steps. These script-based actions are still limited: they only appear where website scripts have been turned on, and saving website sign-ins for them still requires an organization admin.

Keep chat on your latest request

If a chat asked a follow-up question and you answered it, a later unrelated message could sometimes pull the assistant back into the earlier task. That’s now fixed. New messages are treated as new requests, so chat is less likely to continue the wrong thread or answer the wrong prompt. We also made the fallback notice clearer when a run stops before it has enough information to finish.

Use desktop sign-ins more easily

The desktop app now includes a built-in vault for saved website logins stored on your computer. It also supports one-time passwords for sites that use authenticator codes, and the desktop browser can recognize more sign-in fields and fill them more reliably across common login and code-entry flows. Signed-in users can also choose desktop downloads from one menu with Mac and Windows options, including a recommended choice when your device can be identified.

Smaller improvements

  • Connections now brings website logins, personal integrations, and organization credentials into one place, with clearer dates and per-item create or reveal actions where available. Organization credentials are only shown to organization admins.
  • Qualification review uploads can now include up to five policies, and review tabs are easier to navigate when a set includes several runs.
  • Workflow builders can now pick agent tools from a systems-first view that groups tools by system, shows connection status, and lets you connect some systems without leaving the picker.
  • Chat can suggest two follow-up drafts after a completed reply, and you can bring them into the composer with Tab without sending them.
  • Chats now show run status in the sidebar, with clearer notices when something is waiting on you or has finished, plus a profile setting for input-needed emails.
