Manage billing and access with less back-and-forth
Teams can now schedule plan changes in the app, manage shared billing across linked organizations, collect terms acceptance during new self-serve setup, and track pending SSO invites more clearly.
Schedule plan changes in the app
Billing admins can now switch between standard plans directly in the app. Changes are scheduled for the next billing period, so nothing is charged right away, and a pending change can be canceled before it takes effect. If your organization is billed by invoice, you’ll see that status instead of self-serve plan options. Standard plan switching does not apply to custom plans.
Share billing across linked organizations
Organizations that share billing can now roll child-organization usage into one parent billing view. The parent can see usage split by organization, while the child sees a read-only billing page that explains billing is managed elsewhere. Billing links, changes, and removals take effect at the parent’s next billing period, helping teams make updates without mid-cycle confusion.
Accept terms during new self-serve setup
New self-serve organizations created after this launch can now complete terms acceptance during onboarding. Organization admins can review the agreement, download it, email themselves a copy, and sign before continuing. Accepted terms are also available later in Settings under Legal, where admins can review past acceptances and sign again if a newer version needs acknowledgment. This applies only to newly created self-serve organizations.
Track pending SSO invites more clearly
Admins can now send certain SSO invites with the access scopes they want the user to receive. On the Users page, invitees who have not signed in yet appear as pending, and admins can cancel those invites before they’re used. This flow is available only for approved SSO setups, and invited users still need to sign in before access is completed.
Smaller improvements
- When you record work on a website that is not connected yet, the recording flow can now create the website entry and save the sign-in when it is submitted. If a site later requires a sign-in code, you may need to add that setup before future runs can sign in successfully.
- Chat titles in the sidebar now behave like regular links, so you can open a conversation in a new tab with your usual browser shortcuts.
