Search chats and your next workflow

Pick up past conversations, find templates that match your connections, and focus your inbox by HCPCS code. Here’s what’s new in GenHealth this week.

Search for the conversation you were looking for

Find a past conversation without scrolling through your chat list. Click the search icon beside Chats or press Cmd/Ctrl+K, then use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result. Want to start fresh? Cmd/Ctrl+Enter starts a new chat with your query. Search helps you return to your own conversations in the current organization.

See which templates fit your connections

The template library now groups workflows by category and lets you filter by tags and required connections. Turn on Ready to run to see templates covered by your organization’s saved connections. Cards show whether a template is ready, already imported, or needs another system. Your selections stay with you as you change filters. Existing templates may appear under Other until their categories are assigned.

Focus your inbox by HCPCS code

Open Inbox → Filter → HCPCS to select one or more codes and narrow your review queue. Your filter stays selected when you open a document and return to the inbox. Some qualification reviews match codes from the review policy, so a result may not represent an exact order-level code match.

Bring Airtable into your workflows

Connect Airtable to create, find, and update records from a GenHealth workflow. Actions also support comments, attachments, and working with bases and tables, so you can connect spreadsheet-based tracking to the rest of your process. Add your Airtable connection, then choose the actions your workflow needs.

Smaller improvements

• Investigating workflow runs no longer refreshes the builder when you switch between runs, results, and loop iterations.

• PDF pages with a built-in rotation now display in the correct orientation, with citation highlights aligned to the text.
