Referrals move faster with fewer handoffs
Teams can now keep accepted referrals in the main intake flow, request missing files in context, and use a handful of clearer workflow, review, and settings tools.
Keep accepted referrals in intake
Accepted provider referrals now continue in the main intake workflow instead of switching to a separate handoff screen. Receiving teams can review referral details, work through intake steps, and complete related record-creation tasks in one place. The referral stays open until the intake work is finished, which makes it easier to track progress from acceptance through completion without bouncing between screens.
Request missing referral files in place
Receiving teams can now request specific missing documents from inside a referral. The sender can upload each requested PDF or mark it unavailable with a reason, and those responses appear back on the referral for review. Returned and declined referrals now show the reason more clearly, and referral lists use clearer labels to show who needs to act next.
Run part of a workflow
In the workflow builder, teams can now select a connected section of saved steps and run just that portion. You can provide starting values, review the results in Last Run, and inspect loop iterations without running the whole workflow. If the selection is incomplete or disconnected, Run stays disabled so it’s clearer what needs to be fixed first.
See more context across workspaces
Spreadsheet previews can now show workbook tabs and keep your selected sheet when you move between document revisions, falling back to the first sheet if needed. Intake settings also now support organization-wide display defaults.
Smaller improvements
- Item Mappings settings now show the intake-to-billing route more clearly and use simpler language when adding a mapping.
- Google Sheets workflow actions now include row-based options for getting rows, updating cells, appending rows, and creating a sheet from an upload.
