Referral workspaces and faster document follow-up

Teams can now work referral intake in dedicated spaces, combine related inbox PDFs into one packet, search extracted text in the document viewer, and retry finished workflow runs from the builder.

Work referral intake in one place

Operations teams can now manage referral intake from a dedicated referrals workspace with an inbox, case pages, patient linking, document requests, and follow-up steps. Referring practices can sign in to view their referrals and upload requested files, and public join and reply flows are available for supported referral workflows. Availability depends on your organization’s referral setup, so some teams may not see these spaces yet.

Turn multiple inbox PDFs into one packet

You can now select 2–10 inbox PDFs for the same patient and combine them into one new PDF packet without leaving the app. Review the page order, give the packet a name, and save it back to the inbox while keeping the original files unchanged. This action appears only for eligible same-patient selections, and mixed-patient groups are blocked.

Search document text in the viewer

The document viewer now includes a Text tab alongside the original document. Open it to read extracted text, search across the full document, jump between matches, and switch between one-page and all-pages views. Tables and checkboxes are shown in a cleaner text layout to make long forms and scanned documents easier to review.

Retry finished workflow runs from the builder

The Runs tab in the workflow builder now lets you retry finished runs from the selected run view. After you start a retry, the new run is selected and the list refreshes so you can follow progress right away. Retry only appears when the run still matches a version the workflow can run now, so some older runs will not show this option.

Smaller improvements

  • Chat can now help create, list, rename, validate, and prepare workflows you have permission to manage.
