Find and review workflow runs faster
Inspect workflow loops in detail, narrow run history by date or errors, and explore records from the operations report.
See every loop iteration
Loop runs in the Workflows Runs tab now open as a container you can inspect iteration by iteration. You can review each iteration’s status, jump to a specific iteration, filter to failed or completed items, and open the first failure quickly. This makes it easier to troubleshoot loops without losing the full run context. If a loop is still in progress, some iteration navigation limits may stay open until the final size is known.
Filter run history faster
Run history is easier to narrow down in two places. In Workflows, you can now filter runs by preset or custom date range, and run dates now display correctly in the list. On the Activity page, an Errors only filter helps you focus on failed runs without paging through mixed results. These filters work alongside existing views to help you find the runs you need faster.
Review operations records in one place
The operations report now includes a more complete records workflow for day-to-day investigation. Teams can search and sort records, export CSVs, view external IDs and links when present, and open a record activity drawer for more detail. This makes it easier to review activity and follow up without leaving the reporting area.
Smaller improvements
- Inbox tab counts now reflect the filters you’ve applied, so badge totals stay aligned with the list you’re viewing.
- Eligibility cards now show clearer portal names, and some checks can also display the reported plan name when that information is available.
- When authors reorder questions in non-clinical policies, question numbering and related references now update to stay in sequence.
- Workflow credential forms now better handle password-manager autofill, helping Test and Save use the values visible in the form.
