Review updates, workflow previews, and inbox shortcuts
Teams can now update policies during review, spot out-of-date necessity reviews, preview workflow changes more clearly, and move through inbox work with fewer steps.
Update policies during review
Reviewers can now start a policy edit directly from a necessity review question when they spot an issue. The review stays on screen while chat opens with a drafted request, shows the proposed change, and lets the reviewer confirm or cancel before applying it. After an edit is applied, related review pages can immediately reflect that the policy has changed.
Spot outdated necessity reviews
Necessity reviews now show when the results on screen were generated before the current policy was updated. When that happens, the page shows a clear banner and can offer the existing re-run action. If timing details are missing or unclear, the banner stays hidden so teams are less likely to re-run reviews they do not need to revisit.
Preview workflow changes before committing
Workflow builder now gives more context before changes are approved or published. AI-generated workflow proposals can appear on the canvas as preview steps, with markers on steps that would change and connection-readiness checks before approval. In the publish dialog, Draft from changes can generate editable notes from the current draft, and it stays quiet when there is nothing new to describe.
Move through inbox work faster
The inbox now shows counts on the Needs Action, Completed, and Flagged tabs, and those counts refresh with the list. Bulk actions are also more flexible: selected items can be moved between available statuses from one menu, while no-op moves are disabled. In qualification review, vote controls are more compact and now show team totals and voter lists for the current review run.
Smaller improvements
- You can now manage your own API tokens in Settings, including creating, reviewing, and revoking tokens. New secrets are shown once at creation.
- Eligible single-root workflows can now add a schedule trigger from both Flow and List views.
