Workflow review and editing are easier this week

Teams can now update workflow descriptions from the list, inspect node inputs in run results, and move through key workflow screens with fewer interruptions.

You can now update a workflow description directly from the workflows list instead of opening the builder first. This is useful for quick wording fixes and cleanup during day-to-day operations. If a save doesn’t go through, the editor stays open and the app shows the issue instead of making it look like the change was saved.

See node inputs in run results

Workflow run results now show what each node received as input alongside its output, making it easier to trace work from one step to the next. Inputs are shown when available. For workflows without a saved view preference, the builder now opens in Flow view by default.

Smoother navigation and review flows

A few common workflow paths now feel more consistent. The Policies link in the sidebar keeps navigation in-app instead of triggering a heavier page reload. In Qualification Review inbox views, the Errors column is now hidden where it isn’t relevant. Qualification feedback also preserves saved reviewer comments and overall votes more reliably, especially when loading or saving runs into problems.

Use Product Name to pick catalog items

When the Product Name catalog search setting is enabled, Product Name can work as a searchable picker backed by your synced item catalog. Selecting an item fills in the related item number, HCPCS, and product name together. If this setting isn’t enabled, or no synced catalog is available, the existing free-text behavior stays in place.
