Start first chats faster and review with clearer signals
Teams can now begin their first chat from onboarding, flag document issues in enabled organizations, and see clearer status and feedback cues while reviewing work.
Start your first chat from onboarding
New organizations can now carry their onboarding use case straight into a dedicated first chat. After sign-in and setup, the exact use case you entered is sent as your first message automatically, so you can begin with a concrete request instead of retyping context. Setup also resumes at policy selection after sign-in, and the first exchange remains in place if you reload the page.
Flag document issues in one place
Enabled organizations can now flag documents with comments and field-specific issue details, then follow flagged work from a dedicated inbox tab across review and completed items. Review pages also include flagging controls and history, so teams can raise issues, revisit what was reported, and resolve flags when work is complete. Availability depends on your organization’s setup.
See re-adjudication finish on its own
On necessity review, re-adjudication now updates without a manual refresh. After you start a run, the page shows that work is in progress and then moves to a finished state when results are ready. This makes it easier to stay on the document you’re reviewing and know when updated results have arrived.
Keep review cues easier to follow
Several review surfaces now give clearer guidance while you work. Qualification review questions are labeled with their policy question IDs so the number on screen matches feedback references, and feedback from earlier runs stays visible as read-only during a re-run. Intake review also warns certain users when a document has no workflow assigned, helping explain when default field settings are being shown.
Smaller improvements
- Risk Adjustment Coding Review no longer crashes on load because of a page rendering error.
- The eligibility mapping table restores portal selection on saved mappings, keeps row state more consistent during edits, and no longer jumps back to the first page after changes.
- Workflow builder integration dropdowns can now use workflow variables instead of only fixed selections.
- The policy question editor keeps possible answer rows inside the panel, so long labels no longer push inputs and dropdowns off-screen.
