Chat first, faster inbox updates
Users now land in Chat by default, get a simpler place to start new conversations, and can work through inbox tasks with fewer reloads and fewer repeated clicks.
Open Chat right after sign-in
After sign-in, users now arrive in Chat first, and Chat appears at the top of navigation on desktop and mobile. The previous starting page is still available as Dashboard. Chat file attachments are now supported directly in this main chat experience, so users can add files to a conversation without switching to a different upload flow.
Start chats from a cleaner home screen
Chat now opens with a simpler starting view that puts the message box front and center, along with suggested prompts to help users begin faster. Once a conversation starts, the composer moves into the conversation layout for a more natural flow. We also fixed a misleading connection error that could briefly appear while a chat session was loading normally.
Update many inbox items at once
Inbox now supports bulk actions for multi-item work. Users can select individual rows or select all items matching the current filter, then mark them complete, move them back to review, or delete them and undo that delete if needed. Received date filters are also more useful, with preset time ranges and a custom date window to help narrow the list before taking action.
Search inbox without losing your place
Inbox search now feels steadier while results refresh. Existing rows stay on screen instead of flashing away between searches, and the search term no longer disappears while typing. Browser back behavior is also cleaner, so updating a search does not leave behind a long trail of history states. While refreshed results are loading, older rows are temporarily non-interactive to avoid actions on out-of-date results.
Smaller improvements
- Workflow builders can create templated PDF files from text and configure structured JSON values in step settings.
- Workflow builder loop groups now show looped steps more clearly in complex flows.
