Smoother reviews and clearer workflow warnings

Teams can now catch broken workflow references earlier, keep review navigation in place after status changes, and search Completed items without losing context.

Catch broken workflow references earlier

The workflow builder now warns when a step still references a node that no longer exists. That helps you fix broken links while editing instead of discovering them during a run. We also fixed a false warning on valid trigger-based references, so issue badges are more accurate and easier to trust when you’re cleaning up a workflow.

Keep review navigation after status changes

Previous and next document navigation now stays visible after you mark a document complete or send it back for review. This keeps your place in an active review session, even when the document’s new status would normally move it out of the queue you entered from. The document and queue still refresh, while your navigation context stays available until you move on.

Search Completed items without switching tabs

Searching from the Inbox Completed tab no longer sends you back to Needs Action. Your selected tab now stays in place while you search, so it’s easier to work through completed items without resetting your view. This tab selection stays within the current browser tab and won’t carry over to a brand-new tab or a restarted session.
