Use workflow chat on active workflows

You can now open workflow chat on active workflows without switching into edit mode. On workflows you can’t edit, chat stays read-only so your team can review behavior without making changes. Chat can also inspect recent workflow runs and show what specific nodes produced, including outputs from looped steps, so troubleshooting can start from real run data instead of only the workflow design.

See complex workflows more clearly

The workflow Flow view is easier to follow in larger builds. Main paths stay visually straighter, branches take up space more cleanly, and connector lines render more consistently through nested logic. Error and timeout paths now appear as collapsible sections attached to the related step, which makes dense workflows easier to scan without losing important exception handling details.

Reuse familiar integrations faster

When you add a step in the workflow builder, integrations already used in that workflow now appear in a pinned section near the top of the menu. This gives you a quicker path back to systems already in use, especially when you’re extending an existing workflow. If a workflow doesn’t use any integrations yet, the menu works the same way it did before.

Smaller improvements

• Workflow summary reports can now use custom per-item titles and subtitles. Daily summaries can also be set to send on fixed sub-daily windows, with attachments included when those documents are already available from the workflow.
