Build workflows faster, work more comfortably in code steps, and preview and fax stored PDFs.

Move through Workflow Builder faster

Add Step search now works more smoothly from the keyboard: use the arrow keys to move through results and press Enter to add the selected step. Workflow Builder also now switches between List and Flow instantly, remembers your preferred view for each workflow, and keeps the view toggle visible while you move around the canvas. In Flow, the minimap can now be dragged to pan.

Edit code steps with more room

Code steps in Workflow Builder are now easier to work in for longer scripts. You can drag to make the editor taller, or open it in an expanded full-screen view when you need more space. Your edits stay in sync between views, so it’s easier to review and update code without feeling cramped in the side panel.

Preview and fax stored workflow PDFs

Workflows can now save generated written-order PDFs as reusable documents, preview supported PDF artifacts from workflow runs, and fax a stored document without first downloading it elsewhere. This makes document handoffs cleaner when a workflow needs to generate, review, combine, and send paperwork in sequence. Preview is available only where workflow artifact access is already enabled, and faxing depends on the PDF being generated successfully first.
