Visual workflow maps and steadier inbox review

You can now view workflows as a visual map, filter the inbox without losing context, and work through a few workflow builder and run-history tasks with less friction.

You can now switch the workflow builder to a read-only Flow view that lays out steps, branches, loops, and parallel paths in a visual map. It includes zooming, panning, fit-to-view, collapsible sections, and a minimap to help you move through larger workflows more easily. This view is for understanding existing workflows, not editing them directly.

Filter the inbox without losing your place

Inbox filtering is now more stable during review. When you search or change filters, the page no longer drops into a full-page loading state or resets you to the default tab. Your current tab stays selected, and the URL still updates so back-button navigation continues to work as expected.

Keep document navigation centered on workflow review

When you open inbox documents and move with previous and next navigation, that navigation now stays tied to the selected workflow instead of being narrowed by every other active inbox filter. This keeps document counts and arrows aligned with the workflow you’re reviewing, even if you’ve also applied other inbox filters.

Smooth out common workflow review tasks

A few workflow tasks are now more reliable. Adding an else-if to an existing if block no longer makes that branch’s steps disappear. In Python Code steps, you can now use Cmd+/ or Ctrl+/ to toggle comments. On workflow run timelines, selected events now keep their own detail view, and active filters are easier to spot and clear.

Smaller improvements

• Validation-style import errors now show more useful detail instead of a generic failure message.
