Upload chat documents and spot policy issues sooner
You can now attach documents in chat, review structural issues in non-clinical decision trees as you edit, and move through inbox queues more reliably.
Attach documents directly in chat
You can now add documents to a chat by dragging them in or using the attachment option, review pending files before sending, and remove them if needed. Uploaded documents stay with that chat session, and answers can include clickable citations back to those files. When you open a PDF from chat, highlighted references are supported to make cited sections easier to review.
Catch decision tree issues while editing
Non-clinical policy editors now show structural issues in decision trees without blocking saves. You may see markers on individual nodes, a list of issues, and a summary while editing, which helps surface broken links, unreachable steps, loops, missing questions, and other shape problems earlier. Answer-all behavior was also corrected so disconnected or multi-root trees are handled more completely.
Stay in the right inbox queue
Previous and next navigation on document detail pages now stays within the queue you were working in. Needs-action documents move within needs-action, and completed documents move within completed. Refreshed pages and direct links also behave more consistently, including counts and ordering. If the current document cannot be placed confidently in the resolved list, navigation stays hidden instead of sending you to the wrong item.
Share workflow fanout views by link
Workflow builder links can now open directly in fanout view, and fanout view can also open in a horizontal layout. Those view choices are kept in the page URL, so reloads and shared links preserve how the workflow is displayed. Fanout view was also refined with clearer card styling and markers that show where paths split and where they rejoin, making branching flows easier to scan.
Smaller improvements
- Workflow builder chat now supports more direct editing of workflow drafts and surfaces more authoring-time audit findings while you work.
- Eligibility error handling now shows clearer payer reject reasons for some common validation failures.
