Arbitration

All controversies and claims arising under or relating to this Privacy Policy are to be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association before a panel of three arbitrators selected in accordance with those rules. The arbitration is to be conducted in New York, New York, United States of America. The arbitrators are to apply the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, notwithstanding any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party shall submit to any court of competent jurisdiction for purposes of the enforcement of any award, order or judgment. Any award, order or judgment pursuant to the arbitration is final and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
